Pre-launch website
QuotePoint is currently offered to selected design partners. Information on this site describes current product direction and may change as the product develops.
No license through this site
Using this website or submitting an inquiry does not grant a software license or create a customer relationship. Any pilot or subscription will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.
Intellectual property
QuotePoint, its site content, product design, and related materials are owned by Pulse Marketing Group or its licensors. Company and product names belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranty
The public site is provided as available for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted access, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes
These terms may be updated as QuotePoint moves from design-partner pilots to general availability. Material commercial terms will be provided in the applicable customer agreement.
